It's time to recalibrate. Re-dedicate.
I've still been getting all of my workouts in. Eating well, but not close to perfect. Activity still not consistently back to pre-injury levels. Sleep is still not where it should be either.
I've allowed poison to seep into my mindset. Some from external sources, some from internal ones.
Today marks a genuine effort to tighten back up. To lock in, and take this effort to the next level. To ramp up progress, no excuses.
