It finally happened

I did not lift weights yesterday.

Got a lot of steps. Climbed stairs. Spent a ton of time in the hot sun.

I also ate some amazingly great food, and more of it than I normally do.

But I got up early, got an hour plus walk in with the hot morning sun in my face, and I'm chugging water.

I needed yesterday. But I also need today, and the next day, and a return to routine.
