Weekly weigh in

Down another 2 lbs.

I ate too much last night. Not so much so that it wasn't on plan, but it was more than I needed. Too many carbs, mainly. Guts been blowing up all night into the morning, and I'm pretty sure that I left around 2 lbs of progress at the kitchen table.

A pitty. But I'll rectify that in the coming week.

 Lesson learned.
